Guidelines
All contributors and moderators must be at least 18 years old by the time applications close for the position they are applying for.
All works must be original and made to fit the theme of the zine. Previous works will not be allowed to be modified for use in the zine.
AI-generated content/plagiarism/discovery of stolen works will not be tolerated.
Contributors are not allowed to discuss spoilers of zine progress or content outside of the server until publication.
Contributors must submit work on time, follow schedule guidelines, and comply with check-ins. Communication will be made utilizing the zine discord server and contributor private channels. If contributors don't maintain contact and don't respond to check-ins or mod inquiries, they may be dropped.
Please be kind and respectful to one another. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and we encourage you to express them BUT do so respectfully. No hate or bullying of any kind will be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to insults, harassment, racism, slurs, inappropriate comments, using nicknames to hurt others, spamming, etc. Bad behavior will have you ejected from the zine.
Project Specs
Here are the basic specs that will be required of all pieces.Page Artists:
Single Page:
- A5 / 1748px x 2480px, portrait orientation
- At least 300DPI
- RGB color spectrum (exact profile doesn't matter)Comics may not exceed four single pages/two spreads in length.Spread Page:
- A4 / 2480px x 3508px, landscape orientation
- At least 300DPI
- RGB color spectrum (exact profile doesn't matter)Writers:
- 1k-4k SUBJECT TO CHANGE
- Highlight bold words in green
- Highlight italics in yellow
- Highlight underlined words in blue
- Highlight anything else out of the norm in red
- Add a Title, Your Name, and all Trigger Warnings to final submission.Merch:

What happened to the original Back Pages? What does “2nd printing” mean?
Due to personal events outside the zine, many mods stepped down and the zine was put on hiatus for multiple months. The remaining contributors are now steering the ship.What is the rating for this zine?

All our creators are welcome to post their work once the zine is released. You retain the rights to the work you produce and are free to reproduce your and only your work as you see fit. (Ex. You can sell prints of your work, but not the zine itself.)
